专利摘要:
Is described a carburator in which an electromechanical device operates on the throttle valve to define the little opening positions in function of the running conditions of the engine; the electromechanical device is controlled by an electronic control unit which receives signals came from a sensor of the cooling water's temperature, from a sensor of the r.p.m. value and a sensor of the absolute pressure existing in the intake manifold. The electromechanical device possesses organs able to operate on the choke; elastic means define a closing pressure working with a contour obtained on an extremity of a lever acted by an electromechanical device, to define the dinamic opening law of the choke, with the varation of the temperature and of the load applied to the engine.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and, in particular, to carburetors for an internal engine.
. The aim of the invention is to reduce the toxicity of the exhaust gases and fuel consumption.
1 schematically shows the proposed carburetor for an internal combustion engine; figure 2 - section aa in Fig .-; on fig.Z - view B in figure 1; Fig. 4 is a block diagram of engine control; Fig. 3 shows the time change when the engine starts up the rotational speed and the opening angles of the air and throttle valves (at low temperature).
The carburetor for the internal combustion engine comprises a housing I with a flow channel 2 and located in the last air damper 3, placed eccentrically on the first drive roller 4 with the possibility of turning in the direction open by the air flow passing in the flow channel 2, and throttle valve 5 placed on the second drive roller 6, the idling system, which has an emulsion channel 7, communicated with the output windows 8-10, the latter of which is equipped with an adjusting BHHTj MI 1, and a mechanical system equipped with the first roar ohm I2, rigidly connected with the first driving roller A, the second lever 13, rigidly connected with the second driving roller 6, and the third lever 14, made rotatable around the axis I5 and having the first shoulder 16 with the first contact element 17 and the second shoulder 18 With a hinge formed by a pin 19 placed in the hole and connected to the last outer ring 20, freely mounted on the drive rod 21, connected to the first lever 12 on one side, and bearing the outer ring 20 and the adjusting nut 22 on the other hand, and on the drive The stem is rigidly mounted supporting plate 23 for one of the ends of the spring 24, the other end of which is in contact with the outer ring 20.
The carburetor is also equipped with an electric motor 25, the output shaft 26 of which through a planetary gear (figure 2), formed by the central gear 27, satellites 28. during

LHD 29 29 with axle 30 and an external gear made in a cylindrical housing 31 is connected with a drive shaft 32 carrying the first and second cams 33 and 34. The first cam 33 interacts with the first contact element 17, and the second cam 34 through the pusher 35, having a spring 36, interacts with the second lever 13, and the cams 33 and 34 are connected to the drive shaft 32 by means of a spline connection. A locking device 37 is fixed on the third lever I4, which is designed to limit the movement of the drive rod 21 and thus of the air damper 3 (FIG. 3), and the drive shield 21 has a stop 38, made by plastic deformation, rigidly connected with a pull 39 hinged to the first lever 12 and fitted with an adjusting screw 40, interacting with the locking device 36 and having a lock nut 41. The pusher 35 moves in the guide 42, which has an electrical output of 43 dp to ensure the signal appears when the pusher 35 comes into contact with the second lever 13.
The electric motor 25 is of step type and is connected to the output of the electronic control device 44. The electronic control device 44 (FIG. 4) controls the positions of the air 3 and throttle 5 carburetor valves based on the signals of the computing unit 45, to the inputs 46 and 47 of which are received the signals of the sensors of the frequency of rotation of pressure in the throttling space of the intake tract and the sensor 48 of the engine temperature, installed in the cylinder head 49 (not shown). Moreover, the computing unit 45 provides the formation of the output signal in accordance with this mode of operation and sends this signal to the electronic control device 44, from the output of which the pulses go to the electric motor 25.
Fig. 5 shows graphs of the change in time T when the engine is started at a low temperature of rotation frequency — curve 50 (when the engine is started at different temperatures of the engine); the opening angle of the air barrier

ki - curve 51 and the throttle opening angle - curve 52.
The carburetor works as follows.
When starting a cold engine at any negative temperature, for example, at the initial moment of time when the engine shaft does not rotate and the control elements are connected to power according to the temperature sensor 48, the computing unit 45 sends signals to the electronic control device 44, which sets in; a damper 3 at an angle, and the throttle valve 4 - at an angle ft. Moreover, the throttle valve 5 is turned with a slight excess of the opening angle than if the engine were already started at this temperature, and the air damper 3 at this angular position is completely closed and is under the influence of a spring 24 compressed with a force corresponding to this start temperature.
When the engine shaft begins to rotate, the latter starts up quickly in a very short period of time, as the spring 24 prevents pulsation of the air flow in the intake path, preventing oscillations of the air damper 3 together with the first drive roller 4.
Computing unit 45 receives a signal about the magnitude of the rotational speed of the motor shaft from the corresponding sensor, where it is compared with n, which is a reference at a given starting temperature. With

when the rotational frequency is reached, the computation unit 45 does not generate a signal, since it has a predetermined delay, and only at time T, the air and throttle valves 3 and 5 start to open according to the signals of the computation unit 45. Moreover, the opening of the air damper 3 occurs faster, than opening throttle 5, since its position is determined, besides the position of the first cam 33, also by the magnitude of the air flow velocity in the flow channel 2 and the force of the spring 24, while the throttle position is determined by This is done only by the second cam 34, while the air damper moves to the open position, and the throttle valve 5 moves to

close position. At each time point, for example in Tj, the computing unit 45, receiving the shaft rotational speed from the sensor, compares it with the program embedded in it and maintains the revolutions of the curve 50. In this case, the full opening of the air damper 3 occurs at the time Tj, and the throttle valve closes 5 - at the time T, at which the shaft rotation frequency will be set equal to p. The engine is heated and ready for operation. This achieves the most optimal warm-up for the engine, while the positions of the valves 3 and 5 ensure the best combustion of the air-fuel mixture, while ensuring low toxicity of the exhaust gases and economical operation of the engine.
In the carburetor, the adjusting nut 22 compensates for the free travel between the third lever 14 and the first cam 33 and the inaccuracies in the manufacture of the spring 24, and the installation is checked on the engine by checking the positions of the cam 33 and the air damper 3. The second cam 34 must ensure the beginning of the impact on the second lever 13 with a specified advance in relation to the impact on the third lever 14, and the opening of the air damper 3 under the action of the air flow, depending on the temperature, provides t profile locking device 37.
